Selected safety and health representatives at unions who register with the ITF will have access to the reports filed by their members.

Unions will keep those reports confidential.

The ITF will maintain the overall database of reports.

Any requests from affiliate unions for a summary of information on a particular type of air quality incident will have to be approved by the ITF.

Any data that the ITF provides to affiliate unions will first be stripped of any information that could identity the person who submitted the report. 

The reports will not be shared with any airline.
